I I am a graphic designer with a photographers eye and I’ve been creating ever since I was a little kid. Anywhere from small intricate contraptions to large abstract drawings, making has always been a part of my life. In high school I discovered the art of design and photography and decided then and there to pursue these crafts. Since then, I’ve worked all over the U.S. as a designer: in Chicago, Idaho, Washington State, and Kansas. I used a lot of Greyhound buses to get to these places considering my first instinct was to buy a good camera instead of a car (probably not the wisest decision). Anyway, I’m a process geek, I love organizing the development of projects and looking back to see how far we’ve come. I’m also unafraid to try new things. In fact every day I strive to do something that scares me so that I don’t get complacent. I used to have horrible stage fright, but the “do something that scares you” mantra allowed me to face that fright and turn it into a part of my life through acting. Translating that into design, I now feel comfortable presenting in front of all sizes of crowds as well as sharing open communication with my teammates. It taught me that everyone is important. I appreciate you for taking the time to read about me, feel free to take a look at my work!
